Its been four years since a police sting in the Sydney suburb of Warwick Farm uncovered a teenage prostitution ring recruiting girls as young as 12. The arrests put a spotlight on the grim reality for locals in one of the most disadvantaged communities in the country. But is also prompted a remarkable response: the creation of five small business start ups that now train and employ local women. Today one of the suburbs' star projects, a community beauty salon, opened its doors for the first time.
