what we do

Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections (LNC) operates from Warwick Farm Community Hub. Staff outreach to Moorebank, Heckenberg, Cecil Hills, Lurnea and Casula, providing more than 68 programs and services per week to the Liverpool LGA with approximately 30,000 clients accessing services annually.

Outreach services primarily in social inclusion, education and learning are provided at Cecil Hills Community Centre, Casula Community Centre, Heckenberg-Busby Neighbourhood Centre, Moorebank Community Centre, and Lurnea Neighbourhood Centres.

Westside Youth Projects, Heckenberg Connections and Warwick Farm Neighbourhood Centre remain exclusive to LNC and the most of the community development, capacity building and advocacy services are provided through these centres.

A Committee of Management oversees the operations and provide directions to the staff at LNC in accordance with the Associations Incorporations Act.

We believe we can change the lives of disadvantaged people by offering them access to wonderful programs, education and employment opportunities.
